This is an amazing and rare opportunity for the right person to enter the Organic and Natural skin care market with a rapidly growing company. I-Green, the manufacturer of Buds is looking for a solid Marking Manager or Senior Marketing Executive to take charge of the challenge of taking Buds and our other brands to new heights. This newly created role will be entrusted with the instrumental functions of creating marketing plans and brand strategies for our home market. Reporting to the Marketing and Export Director, you will also be responsible for working with creative agencies to develop above and below the line materials that will be used by our global distributors.
As our Marking Manager or Senior Marketing Executive your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop annual marketing plans and budget.
- Execute and evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Liaise with sales team and local distributors to implement channel and account specific promotional activities.
- Work with creative agencies to create portfolio of marketing materials
- Continuously monitor and assess the revenue by brand, channel, region in comparison with market dynamics and delivering defined monthly as well as ad-hoc reports
The ideal person will have experience and a good track record in consumer marketing. Any experience in personal skin care and organic or natural products will be an advantage. You should also have good analytical skills, be motivated, results driven, have good people skills and reflect well on the company.
